The wrecking ball rolls into San Jose

The demolition begins this afternoon on a piece of San Jose's aviation history.
Mineta San Jose International Airport's 45-year old Terminal C will come down to make way for a new 14-hundred space parking lot which is part of the airports renovation.
Terminal C has been closed since the end of last month and crews have been clearing furniture and hazardous materials out of the structure.
The new parking lot is slated to open sometime next Spring.
