Mountain View police searching for armed robbery suspect
MOUNTAIN VIEW - Police are looking for a female suspect believed to be responsible for a Sunday morning armed robbery in Mountain View.
The female suspect allegedly approached the 24-year old male victim with a knife outside his California Street apartment complex and after trying unsuccessfully to sell him an unknown drug, the woman demanded his wallet.
According to police, the woman got away with the wallet that contained a paycheck, some food stamps and the victims passport.
The woman who is said to be in her 40's was described as 5-foot-7 tall and was last seen wearing a dark shirt.
