LOS GATOS -- The Town Council of Los Gatos will choose a new Mayor on Monday. Every November the council elects one of its five members to serve as Mayor, and another as Vice Mayor.
Current Mayor Mike Wasserman is completing his second stint as leader of the council.
Steve Rice is the only current council member not to have served as Mayor yet. He was just elected to the town council in 2008. If he is selected, he would follow in the footsteps of his grandfather John Lincoln who was Mayor in the 1960's.
