 SAN JOSE - Summer has arrived! An excessive heat warning will be in effect from 11AM Saturday through 8PM Sunday.
Temperatures around the South Bay are expected to reach the mid-90's and go as high as the low 100's in the warmest inland areas.
The elderly, the very young, and others at-risk due to heat are advised to stay out of the sun if possible and to drink plenty of water.
Cooling centers will also be open in San Jose Saturday and Sunday to provide relief from the heat.
The centers will be open from 12N-8:30P.
