San Jose - The City of San Jose is going to see a lot more action when the Amgen Tour of California comes to town, as compared to previous years. The February event shows that things are going to be a lot busier.
There will be a downtown Crieterio circuit race on Saturday, February 14th after the annual "King of the Hill" run up Sierra Road.
On the night of Monday, February 16th, there will be a Live Strong Challenge charity event at the Tech Museum with cycling champion Lance Armstrong. The next day will see the Tour's State 3 start in the morning in the downtown area as the cyclers head off to Modesto.
San Jose has been the only city in California to be included among the stops in the Tour every year the event has taken place.
