SUSPECT ARRESTED FOR PALO ALTO MURDER

Palo Alto - The suspect wanted for the July murder of a man outside of Palo Alto City Hall has been arrested.
Otto Emil Koloto was taken into custody Thursday at an acquaintance's house in South San Francisco.
Koloto was wanted for the July 13th shooting death of Philip Lacy.
Donald Robert Lee-Junior was also taken into custody July 28th in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the murder.
