Persimmon Bread, 10/21/04



3 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cup sugar

Combine all dry ingredients together and mix the following, which have already been blended:

1 cup salad oil 
4 whole eggs
1/3 cup water (omit if pulp frozen)
2 cup persimmon pulp
2 tsp baking soda 

MIX WELL

Grease 2 loaf pans approx. 9x5x3.  Divide batter into 2 pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
