Cranberry Sauce, 11/24/04



1 lb. cranberries
2 tangerines (zested & juiced)
1 lemon
1 cup white sugar
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. grand marnier

Mix all ingredients and simmer until cranberries begin to pop skins & soften about 10-15 minutes.  Do not overcook (mushy). Chill and ready to enjoy
