TORRICO NAMED TO POSITION IN ASSEMBLY

Sacramento - A Democratic Assembly member from Fremont has been selected for one of the top positions in the Assembly.
Alberto Torrico has been named as majority floor leader, the principal advisor to newly elected Assembly Speaker Karen Bass.
Torrico has been recognized as one of the most successful fundraisers of the Assembly's Democratic Caucus.
He once served as an aide to then-Santa Clara County Supervisor Ron Gonzales. |
