Spaghetti Squash, 10/25/04

1/2 spaghetti squash cooked
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. chopped ginger
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Loosen spaghetti squash and place in heavy pan.  Add sour cream and place over high heat.  Mix well with fork.  Add ginger.  Appoint with salt & pepper.  Place in au gratin dish.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Place under broiler till golden brown.  Serves 4-6.
