SUSPECT FOUND IN SEVEN YEAR OLD MURDER

Los Angeles - A suspect has been found in the death of a former Los Altos resident who died in Hollywood.
When Ashley Ellerin was murdered in 2001, she was the girlfriend of actor Ashton Kutcher. The 22-year-old actress was from Los Altos and a graduate of her hometown high school in 1996 before moving to Hollywood.
A suspect has finally been found in her death after DNA evidence was linked to an air conditioning repairman. He is also accused of another murder and an attempted homicide.
Because 32-year-old Michael Garguilo was allegedly lying in wait for Ellerin, he could face the death penalty if convicted.
Kutcher, who was starring in TV's "That 70's Show" at the time, went to pick up Ellerin for a date but she didn't answer her door. She was found dead the next day.
