SUPERVISORS TARGET BUDGET DEFICIT

Santa Clara County Supervisors are holding a series of budget workshops this week to address a projected $172-million budget deficit.
The total county budget of $4 billion recommended by county executive Pete Kutras does not include reductions that may be required once the state's budget is approved this summer.
Afternoon and evening workshops will be held tomorrow through Thursday at the County Government Center to discuss all areas of the deficit. |
