SAN JOSE CUTS TREE TRIMMING STAFF
|
San Jose - The city's budget deficit has forced city leaders to cut its 12-member tree maintenance staff.
Beginning July 1st, all homeowners will have to pay for any emergency tree repairs in front of their homes, even if they don't own the tree.
Reed says he'd like to restore the tree repair program when the budget is in better shape. |
