Redwood City - Oracle is suing rival software maker SAP after an SAP business unit allegedly stole trade secrets from the company.
SAP today announced it was closing that business unit. The company said the closure of its so-called TomorrowNow unit had nothing to do with the lawsuit.
Oracle claims workers at TomorrowNow hacked into the company's servers and took information about Oracle software.
