Greek Appetizer, 3/16/05

Chop green onions that have been trimmed of most greens.

Toss with olive oil, chopped dill and seasoning.

Spread out a sheet of Filo, brush with olive oil, cover with another sheet, and brush again.

Sprinkle a wide strip of green onions at one end, then roll up to make a long tube. Cut tubes into 4 diagonal sections, brush with oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake until golden and crispy.
