A Google alum is bringing the taste of Mountain View to Palo Alto.
Charlie Ayers was top chef at Google back when there were only 40-employees... By 2005, Ayers was serving up meals for five thousand employees daily.
Now Ayers is hoping to give the public a taste of Google. By years end, he plans to open the Calafia Cafe and Market a GoGo at Palo Alto's Town and Country shopping center.
Some of his more popular recipes include Southern Fried Chicken and Mohogany Salmon... Ayers describes his food as healthy, using fresh and local ingredients. |
