Fig Hors D'oeurves, 8/26/05

Cut figs in half lengthwise (any kind).
Put on slice bagette about 1/4 inch thick.
Top fig with crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese.
Drizzle cheeze with honey.
Put under broiler briefly, till cheese is slightly melted. Enjoy!
