Palo Alto - Facebook is suing a German website that looks suspiciously like Facebook.
Berlin-based Studivz has about 10 million members, mostly in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Facebook claims the site nearly copies the design, layout and features of Facebook.
However, Studivz says Facebook is upset that it can't seem to break into the German market, and is trying to compete online by suing its competitors out of business.
In related news, Facebook is re-working its layout to better compete with Myspace. Myspace has also announced there will be changes in its design as well.
