Luke Stangel
Luke works as the morning news editor at 1590 KLIV. He was born and raised in Palo Alto, and graduated from Palo Alto High School. He studied journalism at San Jose State University.
Prior to joining the staff at 1590 KLIV, Luke worked for nearly 5 years as a reporter at the Palo Alto Daily News and the Contra Costa Times. He's covered a range of stories, focusing on breaking news and local politics.
Luke lives in Santa Clara, and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and canoeing, exploring the coastline with his girlfriend Katy, and investing.
