COUNTY ALLOCATES MONEY FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING

San Jose - Santa Clara County will use $3 million of Federal Funding for several housing projects and community Service.
The Silicon Valley Business Journal reports funding by the county could include development and maintenance of affordable housing, construction of neighborhood centers and homeless shelters, and other housing related public services.
Another portion of the funds would provide down payemtn assistance to low income families who are first time homebuyers. |
