Baked Banana Squash, 11/2/04

Cut squash into serving sizes and peel skin.  Lightly par boil.  Place cut side up in buttered sheet pan.  Lightly sprinkle salt, white pepper and heavier with cinnamon on each square.  Top off each squash with one half tsp brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp melted butter.  Bake till slightly brown.
