BAIL DENIED FOR ACHILLI MURDER SUSPECT

Bail has been denied for the man accused of masterminding the murder of Los Gatos businessman March Achilli.
30-year old Esequiel "Paul" Garcia has been held without bail since his arrest in late March.
His attorney had asked for a bail price to be set, but a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge today denied that request.
Four other suspects remain in jail in connection with Achilli's murder.
Achilli was gunned down outside his Los Gatos townhouse on March 14th. Garcia is believed to have ordered the hit. |
