Cupertino - A top executive at Apple is being sued, and could be forced to step down.
Motorola is suing Michael Fenger for giving Motorola's trade secrets to Apple. Fenger used to work for Motorola, but quit in March to take a job as Apple's vice president for global iPhone sales.
The problem is, he signed an agreement with Motorola promising that he wouldn't work for a competitor for at least two years after leaving the company. Motorola now wants more than $1 million from Fenger, and is asking he quit his job at Apple.
